Our family will be staying in Duluth for a couple of days on our way up to Grand Marais. I am wondering where some good landings are to fish the river. I have a 17ft Alaskan so would like to avoid the bay area to get away from the large boat traffic. Just looking some decent landings with access to the river to go out and drag some baits around.

    Thanks,

I have always heard good things about landing by Port Terminal underneath the high bridge, depending the season there is some good walleye action.

This time of year I mostly use the Garfield landing under the high-bridge.
