I had a frustrating experience getting my covert blind set up tonight. Turns out that the pole ripped through the slot that it’s in, and now the pole is stabbing into the ground. The side that it’s on now collapses with even the slightest wind. Any recommendations on how to fix it?

Duct tape for the inside and camo duct tape for the outside if needed.

Also try tying the outside to a stake to keep pressure on it?

-Use a piece of PVC 2′-4″long with a dia. that fits into the hem.
-Then take that PVC and either drill a hole throughout one wall to fit the pole OR cut the PVC in half the long way (rip cut) now having a U-tube.
-slip the PVC into the hem through the hole that is punctured in the tarp hem then place your tent pole into the pvc.

You are essentially making a shoe to fit on the end of the pole that slides into the hem.

Another option is a good upholstery shop. They can easily sew good canvas receiving pockets for you.
