Like I suspected. Closet walleye guy hiding disguised as cat guide.

That Dodge County corruption article is worth a read. Felt that corruption first hand. Unreal… Good quality journalism from the little I’ve read. I hope a copy was sent to EVERY Dodge county citizen. Kudos to the brain trust behind this great exposure.

Guess the nose didn’t hide my identity very well. (

People that don’t know me laugh at the nose, people that know me laugh at the walleye.

Steve Kruger has a very well received outdoor magazine. He’s not afraid to point out wrongs and follow up with them. Although I haven’t read the Dodge County article I did see parts of it on line. The guy does his homework!

Last issue he spoke of the truths and fallacies in lead vs tungsten in the fishing world. Good read.

Bottom line: Never take life too seriously. We won’t be getting out alive anyway.

Thanks Kurt, Corey and of course Garren. )

x2 on Kurts post, closet walleye guy, there were signs, like when you were teaching your grand daughter to identify them…hmmm Come to the light BK, come to the light! . Did the article mention how they attach the tungsten to the hook..I believe they use lead solder. Would need to do more research to be sure.

That and much more, like how tungsten could be harder on the environment then lead.

Come to the light? I do my best work in the dark. )

NOthing wrong with him doing his part on getting rid of rough fish and taking a photo of it because he is proud. He’s probably doing more for the ecosystem than some of you guys who release that garbage fish.

FYI The Keystone Cops of Dodge County is making a pretty big stir.

One county resident ordered over 8000 copies to be dispersed throughout the county.

I’ve heard the local newspaper ran a story on this as well, I just haven’t found it yet.

As a Dodge County resident I received my free copy in the mail from an unknown person. I tried to read the article on the Dodge county Keystone Cops, and was very baffled. I could not follow the article. It seemed very biased from the beginning with very “propaganda” like wording.

I wish I knew more about the situation, but that article seemed to keep going back to 2 cases that they felt were handled poorly, and the author kept beating the same horse, but with an axe to grind.

When I was done reading it, I thought I may have gotten dumber, if that is even possible.

I know of those guys, but do not know any of them personally. I have met the Sherriff before, in passing, but cannot say anything good or bad about any of those persons in the article.

I was very angry that they had a picture of BK, but I could not find any articles about him inside. I was really hoping I could get a glimpse into the mind of a genius….
