I bought a Bison cooler almost 2 years ago now. Recently I noticed the stainless bolt that hols the latch on was broken. On a whim, I decided to contact Bison, and I sent them a picture. I also mentioned I lost one of the drain plugs. (I was prepared to purchase these items)
They responded with “We are sending out new hardware and 2 drain plugs free of charge!” Within 2 days I had the parts to fix the cooler.
It’s rare to see customer service like this, so I just wanted to share it. Unlike the beer inside the cooler.
