Big Tooth Tackle Rigs Illegal?

    I just got a new Minnesota licence and was looking at the rule book and they changed the picture for a single tackle configuration. It shows only 4.5″ to the middle swivel. So it looks like they are illegal now. Am I missing something? I love the leaders but 4.5″ seems way to short.

    Since the hooks have to be less than 9″ apart, I guess 4-1/2″ to the swivel makes sense. It looks like they are clearing up any confusion on this rule.
