I know sometime in Feb is the Supper Bowl…what’s on the menu for snacks?

KFC BBQ Boneless or bone in wings?

Not that I’m going to watch the game, but I’m thinking we’ll be having channel catfish fingers.
Since no one but me eats fish in my house, I get them all and that’s the way it should be.

Sturdiwheat Cajun Coating will be the coating.
If down at the camper, they will be deep fried, other wise pan fried in the FW’s kitchen since it never gets used.

Yes, there will be enough Hamm’s to take the pain out of it if the ball game happens to get turned on as well.

BTW Who’s playing? The Packers and who?

Moinks, ground beef and pork sausage meatballs wrapped in bacon and smoked. Once the bacon is crisp, coat with BBQ sauce and put back in the smoker until sauce has glazed.
