Bearcat – I might be able to take that off your hands.
I am curious though. Has it ever been used? That’s gotta be the cleanest used smoker I’ve ever seen.

That is a heated holding cabinet used in restaurants. The walls are insulated as are the doors. The slots make for being able to adjust your shelves or to really load it full. Shelf (sheet pan) size is 18″ wide x 26″ deep. They were often retrofitted (like this one has been) with a electric burner on the bottom. They also come with wheels although I can’t tell if these roll or are squared off.

You can see the wheels under it in the lower right hand picture. Looks like a super nice unit and probably more efficient than most of the smokers sold today.

This unit is very nice and not used much. Located in north branch mn

Yes. Haleysgold is interested and so are 2 others. So until I have actual confirmation of some one to purchase it then itll be for sale
