best way to heat leftover fish

I’m just wondering if there’s a good way to reheat pan fried walleye the next day and still have it be crispy?

I bake mine in the oven.

Spray them with a bit of cooking spray and throw in for a few minutes.

Pizza pizzaz or toaster oven. Some of the microwaves have a fish button that kind of works.

I like cold fish leftover, especially in a sammie.

REHEAT THEM
I just throw them in a burrito shell and squirt some Sriracha on em then crack a Corona.

x3 on cold.

sprinkle a little tabasco sauce on it if you want a bit of heat.
just like BBQ chicken its best the next day straight out of the fridge.

No matter how much you regret it later you just keep eating until there are no leftovers in the first place!

Wow. A lot of people appear to have air fryers. I don’t yet.

What kind of air fryers do you guys like?

Cold is fine. But an air fryer redeems them to about 90% as good as straight out of the fryer for sure! Although I think the best answer is to eat them all the night you cook them. My .02

Let’s sum this all up:

1) eat all the damn fish the first time.
2) eat them cold. I’d suggest a Hawaiian bun and tarter sauce.
3) air fryer

All good options in my book!

Although I’d like to eat all of them the first time, I make WAY too much on purpose so I have cold ones for lunch the next day…and sometimes the day after.

But yes, the air fryer brings them back to almost as they were right out of the oil.

I like using my panini maker more than the airfryer

Frypan and a dab of butter…. crisp em up, piece of lettuce, cheese, and a toasted bun…..yum city.

Cold rocks…. I’ll have to try the air fryer my wife likes… maybe there is a good use for it after all.

Our dog gets left over fish.

Isn’t an air fryer just a countertop convection oven?
