    Run it after filtering.
I take my leftover non-oxy 50:1 duck boat gas treated with Stabil and put it in my truck. Put a gallon in followed with 20+ gallons and the gas is now 1000:1. Meh!!

You should have just run it at 50:1 so that it extends your oil change interval.

And now because somebody’s going to totally miss that this is obviously a joke and completely lose their sh!t, I will hereby write the obligatory statement that I am, in fact, joking.

I removed 4 gallons of gas from an old part out sled tank and dumped it into my truck. It was yellow and smelled terrible, but diluted with 22 gallons of pump gas it burned just fine.

Anything questionable gets filtered and burned in the truck, to no Ill effect.

I just dropped off 6 gallons of 5 month old non oxy mix at our local recycling day this morning. I used to throw it in the vehicles but now feel its better to be safe than sorry in the long run. I use some in the push lawn mower but 6 gallons is too much to keep around..

Dude… Non oxy is good for at least a year, probably 2. The primary reason gas goes bad is due to ethanol content. Non-oxy = excellent shelf life.

Next time you throw away 6 gallons of gas gimme a call and I’ll pick it up.

“Primed” a bonfire with old gas many years ago. Got distracted before ignition. It was cool and calm weatherwize so the fumes collected on the ground and out in ~12 foot diameter circle. Ask me how I know? whistling
Hint: the burned grass shows up pretty well the next day. hah

    OK. What’s your number?

    It’s mix by the way.

I guess I can afford throwing away $24 worth of gas…you may not be as lucky..lol

I had 4 to 6 year old gas in my generator. It smelled like varnish.
I was nervous when I used a >>little<< to start a bonfire, but it lit and burned like a candle.

Drained it into a can and used it for fires for the rest of the year.

**Do not do this without parent supervision!
