Just finished up a delicious salmon dinner with the family. Now they are inside and im in the garage with a glass of highland park 18 yr, an IPA and a perdomo listening to the thunder and waiting for the rain.

waytogo I just got off “on call” for work tonight. It was a rough Tuesday-Tuesday. Had a couple in the garage with the wife before dinner. It was soothing watching it roll in. I needed that. Only difference was I was enjoying a Busch light. toast

I had a similar evening yesterday. Had a picnic on my driveway, enjoying a beer, and blasting some rock music. “Garage time” isn’t quite what it used to be around here, but it’s important for me to be out there, reaching for those peaceful moments, nonetheless.

I don’t drink, so I get my chill time differently. Was out last night on the river, boated well over 100 eyes each with Scott(mile mark 714), -mind you April 5th, 1030 at night wearing a T-shirt and swatting skeeters. Only care was who could take the worst fish pic lol

I’ve enjoyed many different brands/types of cigars over many years. My ultimate favorite is the brass or full brass from Moore & Bode out of FLA, they ship to MN. Many yrs ago they were in the cigar shop in excelsior, also in crystal. Spendy but well worth

Tough to beat a glass of good whiskey and a great cigar. I haven’t smoked nearly as much as I used to after having kids but man is it relaxing. Luckily I have kept my collection in my humidors and can still pull one out from time to time. Might last me the rest of my life at this rate though!

I’ll be trying to figure out if I want some Blanton’s or Weller 107 when I get off shift in an hour but I’m definitely jealous you got to watch the storms roll in. Last nights show was pretty great too.

That was quite the storm last night! We had a lightening strike somewhere near our house as it shook the whole house and woke up everyone but the 3 year old.

    Smoking, drinking, relaxing, tunes.

Main reasons I got into catfishing.
