Mountain Dew or Coors and some sort of chips…Satisfying in the summer and the winter. Also like to throw in some venison sticks when I can.

    LOL!

My ex wives (3) all said I’d probably die ice fishing.

Reese’s peanut butter cups and/or Hershey bars and 2 liter of Mountain Dew.
Maybe they had some thing there? HAHAHAHA

I hardly touch candy the rest of the year. (I’m celebrating!)

Nalgene of water and a Turkey sandwich! Sometimes a can of Pringles, if I remember. Used to go the bag of chips option until I got sick of creating hundreds of tiny chips by dropping something on the bag. If I know i’ll be out there a while, I will also bring a can of Chunky soup to heat up.

Have no idea why but for ice fishing it’s Old Dutch dill pickle chips. Hardly ever buy them the rest of the year.

I’m usually too busy reeling in fish to snack on anything.

Funny! Thought it was such a random pairing.

My combos are the same for me, probably wouldn’t ever buy them otherwise. But the first time I ever went ice fishing, that’s what I chose and it’s been a staple ever since.

5-6 minutes. Worst part is burning your darn fingers when flipping them when you forget the tongs. I’m thinking about trying a pizza pocket wrapped in tinfoil over the big buddy. Doesn’t hurt to try.

I use small metal cooling rack mounted to buddy heater. Others use metal paint roller grates. Just make sure you don’t use galvanized as it can be toxic. Google search big buddy heater cooking and you will find several threads on the topic.
