I cannot find a decent pair of gloves to keep my hands warm. What are the best ones out there?

    Ice Fishing Gloves

This is just one of the many glove-related topics on here. Personally, I use Simm’s foldover fingerless gloves/mitts, Striker Climate gloves, and some fingerless wool ones from Amazon.

When it’s not very cold but I want to keep the water and wind from my hands, I use non-latex medical gloves. Those are best used for cool days in late-fall, during late-ice warm-ups, or in the shack when the heater is struggling to keep up.

I really dont there there is one glove that will have you covered. I use a combo of the Clam Ice Armor Extreme gloves and the Clam Dry Skinz.

Dry skins are for when it is not as frigid or i run out to chase a tip up. Extreme gloves are great for when it is 10 degrees or cooler and i dont have a portable with heat set up yet. Not a whole lot of dexterity with the extreme gloves, but they sure are warm.

Dry skins FTW! Just watch out for hooks…

Hooks are deadly with the dry skins, dont even try it!

I use wool fingers gloveusually but poor for putting on bait. So, I bought the Outdoor Research (OR) 3 finger mitts gauntlet type with an insert. Some call them lobster gloves.Better than regular mitt because can reel with them and more dexterity. Waterproof, windproof and the insert will stay on your hands or can be removed.Insert is smartphone screen sensitive in the index and thumb so your skin is not exposed when taking a pic or dialing. They go for around $90. Was out in minus 9,minus 36 in wind on 1/2/2018 kept warm. Get them one size bigger because of insert glove.
    Good luck
