I am looking to buy some chains for a cam am side by side. Just wondering what are some good chains to buy for it and where to buy them?

I would suggest diamond chains like the ones at this site tirechain.com. My brother runs a pair on his Honda way better in deep snow compared to my traditional v bar chains .

    Moondog,
I have a Commander 1000 and bought the diamond chains for fronts and rears. I ordered the chains recommended for my rig. That rears didn’t fit “F$^$”!!! That’s freakin frustrating. The rears actually have less frame clearance than the fronts. So this winter I have been running fronts only. They go the the ice, slush and snow well.

SO not to derail the OP’s thread but I’m curious to know what ya’ll think of tracks vs. chains on UTV?

Tracks are a ton more expensive but the UTV wasn’t cheap to start.
Tracks will get you about 6″ more clearance which seems like a huge advantage.
How will chains work in deep snow vs. tracks?

I have the Talon chains on the rears of my UTV. They are awesome but in deeper snow, I’ll bottom out on the skid plate and the chains do no good at that point. I’m stuck.
