I’m a big fan of jerkbaits and jigs once the water gets below 50 degrees. Worked EXTREMELY slow. Deep cranks can produce some bites as well. Last fall and early winter I tried some blade baits with mixed success.

Anything you do, you have to go slow.

I’ll second the jerk bait with long pauses.

Didn’t have much luck with the silver buddy late fall. Have you seen the 10,000 Fish Death Stalker Frydog? Have 4 of them on the way to try

Ha. Definitely not although the natural colors are basically out of stock everywhere I could find online. So I had to pick as close to bluegill and perch colors that I could find. I saw Lake Fork Guy (youtuber) using them a lot this winter on Lake Fork in Texas in 40 degree water and he was catching fish with them. Also was catching smallmouth in another TX lake with them. Figured I’d give them a try. Have a few lakes near me where the bass like some flash.
