Apologize if this topic has been discussed, couldn’t find it in the forum. Has anyone installed those 10″ self leveling Bennett Trim Tabs on their Skeeter? If so, results? Thanks!

I put tabs on my 2190, it acts like a boat that is 2′ longer in chop when bow is down. I camp out in the bush on Nipigon and carry large loads. i can send some pics if you interested.

I cannot get pics to go into this site as I am not to savy with the computer.

Down below this box there is a tab under “attachments” that says choose file. Click there and grab your photo and upload it.

Whats the width? With a kicker you got to be careful. I am going to install a pair of lenco limited space trim tabs. They are 4″x12″. Have heard great things about them and they wont interfere with my kicker.

Port side dimension for clearance on my kicker. Keep in mind I installed my own with tabs in mind. I can get the kicker location off the boat if needed.

Elevation location, care of location is critical for the ladder and kicker clearance.

Full up with a 1/4″ clearance above the bottom of the boat for trimming purposes.

The switch is located on the dash and the pump/hydraulic reservoir is located under the port rear jump seat behind the tackle box storage once removed.

The tabs are 10″ wide and 12″ deep.

Check out PowrTran’s new Trim Tabs as well. They’re very nice!

I have not used thee self leveling version, but have used myself for several years now and installed for many customers. I am sold and have yet to have a customer that hasnt been thrilled and very happy with trim tabs.
