Ice Off?

    So what is your best guess of when Lake Bemidji will be ice free? My guess is 04/24/07.

    Had too many of those with Obe?? That ice is now where close to going. Mon. the 30th.

    If we get the rain and wind they are forecasting it may happen but there is a ton of ice out there yet!

    I’m going to guess the 27th. I hope it’s before that, but what will be, will be… Scatteres t-thowers now in the forecast this weekend and wind – that warm rain will help lots!

    I’m heading north next weekend for some sturgs either way. But am definately geting the urge to hit some small local lakes for some gills and craps as soon as the ice leaves!
