Perch or eyes?

    Anyone been out on Bemidji or any other local lakes lately? I know someone has to be fishing!!!

    The perch are rolling on about any body of water you drill a hole. On Bemidji, try straight out from the NW access at about 23-28 feet. For me, Northland Eye Droppers are picking up the perch w/a fathead.

    Walleyes have been hit or miss. The south end out from McD’s or Hampton in about 20-25 feet, right off the drop off.

    I know some guys who did well out in front of Camran but not much for size yet.

    Jeff,
    Fished the north end of Bemidji last weekend and caught a ton of small ones. Plantan was doing better earlier (last month) for some nice perch.

    I got a few out of Plantan but was hoping Bemidji was putting out by now. It is getting to be that time of the year.
