Clear your name, Minnesota North Outdoors, and don’t forget to name-drop some of this other guy’s honey holes!

No, MN Outdoors just trolls people in every single one of his posts. I would say a ban is well past-due, but I guess that’s up to the moderators.

    hey Bman,

how do you look up property lines and owners of the land? I see there was an app but is there a way to look it up publicly or are you using something through work to view this. I always was curious what is private/public land but never really dug into it.

The county GIS site. Just google “(the county) GIS” and it should bring up the page. May need to add the state as well if it’s a popular name. All counties will have a different format so it may take some exploring to find exactly what you want. Should be all free.

I was surprised to see the DNR stocked this lake-here in the metro they don’t stock lakes that do not have a boat launch unless they are using the lake as a rearing pond.

Probably, but not everyone wants to pay $30 to $100/year for an occasional need.

Yes you are right…if I wasn’t freelancing geese and ducks all over the place, begging farmers for permission, I wouldn’t pay for it either. It is a cool app though.
