Bemidji area

Going to be in bemidji Thursday and seeing if anyone could point me to a lake I can have a short walk with portable. Looking for panfish or eyes. Thanks

Grace lake between cass and bemidji has a good eye net count dark water last time i was out had 10″ ice and that was on Dec 10th the had open water on the east side of lake landing is on the west side

Please use caution wherever you may choose to fish. There has been a number of deaths across the northern half of the state already due to varying ice conditions not only lake to lake, but across individual lakes too.

Good Northern Lake with plenty of action go to the left of the access find weed line. Plenty of northerns. Never targeted walleyes or panfish on that lake.

Grace can be a great walleye and perch lake. 16-18 feet of water just in front of the access is where I would go. It would only be about a 200 yd walk. Fish at night if you can. Use glow rippin raps and glow spoons. For whatever reason the walleyes in that lake don’t like bobbers.
