    I lost my favorite thermometer. But I had a back up and was saved.
    A chuckeye roast was smoked in a digital controlled smoker then transferred to a Webber grill in tin foil to pass the stall. Unfortunately the thermometer went with. doah
    The outcome, awsome!

    Never leave a digital attached to a warmed surface above the normal ambient out door temperature. jmo.
