Nice Fella Posts: 457 August 12, 2021 at 3:43 pm #2054306 I once saw an episode of Jim Shockey’s at an outpost cabin in the Alaskan bush. He said moose tongue was one of his favorite foods. He simply sliced it and fried it up with butter, S&P. I don’t think Eva tried it though.
