I tweaked my rotator cuff last fall moving decoy bags from the front of the box to the rear through the topper side window. Thinking of getting a bed slide. These are the main ones:
    Bedslide: https://www.bedslide.com/?srsltid=AfmBOoo3j1TKyESizK0VrcaiP8scqoDrzB1Qg5NWS9G4d9YXA6OnYVHr
    CargoGlide: https://decked.com/products/cargoglide-1000?srsltid=AfmBOoobCHOlj415lVT6GRGE5MaXchnq5ZPx7tvA8jdIV364W9K5-uSh
Anyone have or used on? Pros and cons?

From the Decked website, it shows the slide that pulls out 100% is 295 pounds. Don’t know if I want to be hauling that around all the time. The one that pulls out 75% says it’s half that. I could live with that. I’ll call the company to confirm.

Don’t want to hauling the 300 pounds all the time ?
Your truck will never know, pull out 100 percent would be awesome, if you have a topper especially. Only issues are if you travel down dirt roads alot, but the topper should help that. Dust in the tracks suck, same with when things slide under it. But other then that, that are great.

The only con is you will lose a few inches of height under your topper. Go full extension, go Decked I had their drawer system for a while. They make a good product.

A lot depends on how you use your truck. If you often haul stuff that you have to go through the side windows or climb in to access I think they would be great. Seen some of the slides in action and they look handy. I’ve had a homemade drawer system in previous trucks and am planning something for the current truck. I have a trailer if needed so I’m not too concerned about losing volume under the topper for larger items. Not sure if it’s my imagination or not but it seems the decked drawer system has come down in price. $1600 and that includes various tote accessories. Thought they used to be closer to $2500.

Yeah I wouldnt worry about that weight either. The full extension would be very handy though I think you will appreciate any help you can get with your injury.
