Beaver Creek Wildfire Colorado

    Just a heads up for anyone hunting Northern Colorado this fall. The Beaver Creek Wildfire is still only 5% contained. It is projected to be fully contained around October 15th. The closed area is much larger than the fire itself. Check now and make plans accordingly! I am scrambling for a “plan B”….
    You can visit inciweb.nwcg.gov to keep up with details and look at mapped closures. Its updated daily.

    Thanks for the updated info. I’m building a house about 30 miles outside of the fire…. permits were issued for us, but we’ve been in a wait and see mode
