Bear Hunting McGrath Area?

    Just got make today from making a trip to bait the area I’m going to be hunting. This will be my first time hunting MN and was wanting to know if there is a good number of bears just south of McGrath? I’m just trying to get a idea of what to expect…not get my hopes up to high.

    I am SW of there and there is good numbers, so I would say YES Good luck

    I have killed several bears just south of mcgrath along the Snake river Good spot but lots of competition

    Is there anywhere in the area from McGrath to Isle to bring your hide and meat (already processed) to be kept cooled for a few days tell you leave for home?
