Monster Bear Shot in Maine

    The info I have is this bear field dressed 497 lbs with a estimated live weight of 610 lbs. The bow record in Maine is 612 lbs. Either way it dont’ really matter this is one big BLACK BEAR.

    Thats reason enough to wear a safety belt in a treestand! I’d fall out if I had that beast at 10 yards.

    It looks like a furry Volkswagon Beetle.

    I would have to add an addition to the house with cathedral ceilings just to hang that rug on.
