dumb question can you wear it in the rain with out it inflating?

YES! I have one of those PFD’s and they are really, REALLY worth the investment.

I personally didnt think it was to be worn. I thought it was like a throwable item for safety. Guess I am not totally sure now. Anyone have a definite answer?

They must be worn. If you have one in the boat but not being worn, it’s not a legal PFD. If you throw it, it’ll sink until it automatically inflates. Then it will float away.

    Guys

I just returned from first bear hunt. I was in Manitoba for the fall season and connected on my first bear. I think he pretty good for a first. It was a 10 yard shot, and my Alphamax and Slick Trick Mag did the job. He went about 30 yards and piled up. It was an absolute rush. My guide told me they come in like a ghost and that was the truth, he didn’t make a sound.
