Just watched a show shot in Northern MN, by the boundary waters. Some dude, who has been studying bears for 40 years up there, was actually petting and feeding them. He even got right up to the females with cubs, just coming out of the den. 
It was on Mutual of Omahas Wild Kingdom on Animal Planet. Pretty cool show 
I think the guys name was Lynn Anderson, or something like that. Anybody else catch this ??? 
Yes. It was way too tree hugger produced for me, I quit watching. Part I saw was him following June around as she got violated by some unnamed boar. Just what we need kids to think, no problem, go pet a mama bear with cubs. 
I didn’t see the show but my daughter and I saw the previews to it. I told her we would be seeing him in the news one day after one of them decided they had enough of him. You see it too many times where people think they can hang out with WILD animals but end up getting hurt or even killed. (Case and point – the lady with the pet Chimp who ended up ripping her friends face off). There is a reason why they are called WILD!

Kinda like that weirdo that lived with the Grizzlys in Alaska… and he and his girlfriend ended up being their food….
