In Minnesota the new license is not due until the end of April this year I believe. There was a past post on this DNR change. Call the DNR to confirm.

Yep, MN expires on April 30th. May 1st you’ll need a new one.

It was in Sundays Winona Daily News the license in Minnesota is good threw April. There was a law change and even if your license is printed Feb. 29 it is still good threw the last day in April.

Wisconsin is March 31st!

On a related note—Minnesota guys, check your boat registration. I think I have seen outdated boats every trip this year so far. I know if the wardens show up that is one of the first things they look for!
