Anyone care to guess how big this one goes??? I know there are bear taken each year around here over 500 lbs, and I’ve seen some big ones in years past.
This photo was taken in my backyard, about 100 yards from the house, about 6 miles east of the Oakwood Mall area, Eau Claire.
First bear pic I have gotten on my property, but its a doozy. Over 500 lbs?????? Or am I way off??? Always hard to judge, but I’d say hes a good’un.

Hard to tell, but from my vast bear hunting experience (1st year 
) I would put it between 350-400 lbs, just because he doesn’t have the “Pumpkin Head”… A nice one for sure
