Bear meat recipe

    last year someone on the site posted a really good marinade for bear meat, well this year i lost it and cant remember what was all in it. i remember it had soy sauce and some canadian spice. Any help would be appreciated as it was teh best one ive found yet

    that is the one, best way to cook it hands down.
