Bear Hunt 2020

Our hunter from last week put out a nice video of his time in our camp.

Although I have nothing against it and think what these dogs and dog handlers do is really cool, I don’t think hunting bear this way would interest me. I have shot a few bears over bait when I was younger and really enjoyed the hunt. Something about the dogs doing the work while sitting back and watching the dogs on a GPS tracker while waiting for them to tree a bear and then walking up and shooting it out of the tree just doesn’t seem all that fun to me. Once again – Nothing againt it, Just not something that interest me.
