Frontier is open as well. They are still driving trucks on the ice closer to Baudette.

40?! I don’t see anything close to 40 forecasted for Baudette until next weekend.

If you ad the low and high together and multiple by 2 you should see some 40s.

Just listened to 103.5 FM, not sure what the program was but they said they got the ramps cleared and had 30 boats out on the rainy after this snow. Then I went and bought some booze so that’s all I got.

    It didn’t snow up there.

The river had a lot of skim ice and fishing was pretty tough.

I heard a couple good reports, but they were far and few between. We struggled like most of the guys we talked to.

Hope to get back up in a couple weeks.

It’s the place that use to have several threads a week and sometimes per day going.

Well, after looking at the forecast and reading other posts we’ve decided to cancel our trip. Hopefully next year we can make it happen, good luck to those that go, we’ll be on the fox river and possibly the menomonie rivers the week of the 9th

Last week when we looked at the extended forecast it said 38 for a day time high. That changer dramatically for this weekend. That’s why we pull our 14 fts up with ten horses. And 200 ft of strap to pull us back over the shelf. You never know what it’ll look like. But you know the fish are there
