Is this battery good or bad. When I test the posts that you screw nuts on my tester says it’s bad. When I move my tester to the big negative post. My tester says the battery is good.

Those post should read the same. Is it possible you clamp does not have a good connection? Those post should have zero resistance between them.

Must be a connection issue. A resting voltage 12.6v DC is a fully charged lead acid / AGM battery.

Testing at the stainless stud will give you a different reading versus the post due to the difference in resistance of the two materials.
The stud and the nut is for holding the cable down against the lead only, do not connect to it for testing.
