I heard that there were three people in the boat when it happened, and that all three were still in their seats when it came to rest in the tree. Got that info about 33rd hand though, so who knows how true it is.
I talked to the driver of the boat. There were 3 passengers, the driver, his buddy, and his buds girlfriend. When the boat came to a stop they all three rolled out the back, as you can see the tilt of the boat. All went to the hospital but just bups and bruises if I remember correctly
