My dad and i are going out saturday. We are looking for bass. Also the technique used. Any infomation on the bass in this pool will be greatly useful.

Hi Windysports. I just fished a tournament last weekend out of fountain city and placed 4th and we fished frogs all day long on top of slop. Goodluck let me know how you do.
August 16, 2009 at 1:23 am #797737Hey. Thanks for the responses. We did alright. We were on the water around 5:30 fish were jumping every where. I caught a few small ones on a buzzbait. My dad had a very nice fish on by some pads with spinnerbait and it got off. My buddy caught two big dogfish, 5 or so northerns, and 5 or so bass all on spinnerbait. The water was clean and easy to see. We saw a bunch of fish under water, but couldn’t catch them. I also caught a 19inch 4pound largemouth too. In total we caught about 10 bass, 7 northerns, and two dogfih.
