Pool 13 on the 6th

    My brother and I where out in Spring Lake on the 6th. I think it has silted in this winter. I have a 18ft G3 and I was having problems getting around(more than last year). We did get a few small large mouth but it beats up the boat so bad. The water was in the mid 60’s. I think 13 will really turn on in the next 2-3 weeks.

    The water is really low compared to last year at this time. That is probably the troubles you were having.

    Pool 13 has been on fire the last few weeks. It is taking over 20 pound 5 fish limits to win tournaments. The biggest weight was 24 pounds. You would have just been catching the tail end of the spawn from what I have seen.
