Went out fishing again today and my buddie caught this pig that measured 20 1/4 inches and weighed out at 5.9 we also caught several fish in the 3-4 pound range. Most of the fish were caught on a jig. It is also his PB way to go man!!!

Nice bass. I’m judging by the big yellow sun in the left side of the picture, you caught the bass early in the morning? NICE FISH!!!

What kind of water temps did you guys find out there? And which pool? I’m wondering what this upcoming weather is going to do to the water temps and river levels. I plan to be fishing this weekend on Pool 7 & 8 and just hoping to find some fish for the first outting of the year!

Nice fish guys. It is nice to know they are still staging in the same areas this year as always. I CAN tell exactly where you are by the background and the area has been good to me for a few years I should have most of the muskrats cleared out of that area as well

Nice fish man, Now I wish I would have stayed out there!
or called you back and fished while I waited an hour for my dad to bring me a spare tire after mine blew out just past the landing..I didn’t even try the stuff you fished, It was just too windy for me, I tried some off shore weed clumps and got a few bites but nothing big like that.

Excellent Job on that pig!! Man I can’t wait to get over to the river. I just picked up a new to me used boat and it is killing me not to be able to get out and catch some Bass. or at least try.
