Happy thanksgiving to all!! I’m thankful for: 1)Having the Mississippi in my back door. What an awsome place. 2) Trolling motors with tons of ooomph!!! 3)The God given skills and talent to competivly fish. 4)The time I spend with friends and family on the water (Some aren’t so great to be around if their not fishing.) 5)The early morning sunrise and the smell of a 2 stoke with a empty boat landing. 6)A beautiful wife who supports this addiction. 7)Having the divercity of fishing lakes and rivers in Minnesota. 8)Living in the great country of the U.S.A. where freedom does RULE!!
Best wishes to you all, enjoy the day. I have to thank the fish gods for a good year and the last fish of the season, a 19.25″ smallie. But most of all, I’ll be a grampa by the time the ice is gone.
I HAVE A NEW SON TO BE THANKFUL FOR. HOPEFULLY HE WILL TAKE TO FISHING LIKE HIS OLD MAN. MAYBE THE NEXT KEVIN VAN DAM. I HAVE A UNDERSTANDING WIFE THAT LETS ME TOURNEY FISH, EVEN THOUGH SHE PROBABLY DOESN’T UNDERSTAND.
IS THERE A BETTER HOLIDAY THAN THANKSGIVING. THE SOLE PURPOSE IS TO GIVE THANKS, EAT, EAT, EAT, NAP WATCH FOOTBALL, EAT.
CAN’T WAIT TILL NEXT YEAR. I WILL GET ON THE ICE, BUT IT JUST AIN’T THE SAME.
