Just want to send out a congratulations to Rick Billings who just won the Minnesota side of the BASS Northern Regional Championship and to move on to the BASS Nationals to be held in November. He finished 4th overall to inch out Bill Ludenia from Brainerd MN. The competition was tough and the no cull rules made it expecially nerve racking on how to approach it. I wish Rick “Great Luck” in his National event and just want him to know that this “Rat” is pulling for him. Having been their myself, I know all the things going thru his brain right now, but the guys that endlessly (that’s Rick) have the tenacity to put it together and fish smart, continue to end up on “top of the pack”! Again great job Rick, and you have alot of guys pulling for you. Would love to see you “Make the Classic”! Fishnut
