While fishing some wingdams south of Lock and Dam 13 around 7:00 pm yesterday(7/15/08), I noticed a tackle box floating in the water. It was filled with bass baits and I’d like to get it back to its owner. So if anyone knows someone who lost there tackle box or lost one themselves send me a message on these boards.
