Lake Pepin Report

I fished on Pepin last week and had a struggle because the water levels were so high and the winds were brutal. I’m trying to decide why I struggled. For those of you who have fished Pepin for bass lately how has it been? Have the high water levels effected the fish much. Do you need to go a little deeper because a lot of the rocks are under water now. Thanks
