Why not use ALL braid??

    OK I am not a very good fisherman, just ask those who have fished with me, but I like to use braid for just about everything, feel, strength ect.
    Why not use all braid?? If color is a factor why not just tie on a leader?
    Please explain why my narrow view is not the best option?
