Got on the water at about 4:30 and the wind was light from the south and the air temp was in the 60’s. At around 5 the wind picked up and the air temps dropped in a hurry. Before we got froze off the water we managed 5 fish. Noteable fish being a 4.0 smallie (pictured with my tongue out) and a 4.10 smallie. These fish were totally not where I expected them to be given the conditions. I can say this though. These fish were tight to stucture. All in all we had a good time last night. lots of laughs and thats what its all about if you ask me. This pool is becoming phenominal with its smallie population. I follow these schools every year and the keep getting bigger and bigger every year. CPR baby!
