First bass of the year

I went up to the Lansing Power Plant yesterday, they were discharging warm water but the carp have moved up pretty thick up there. I took my dad out hoping to get on some fish but we ended up with only two fishing the mudline that was formed at the mouth of the state ramp area. two non-keepers on shakey heads wasn’t a complete failure, but we’re still a little bit from a solid bite
