Soon the LeClaire City Council will be voting on whether to charge a boat ramp usage fee or not. The exact details and amount charged have not been decided yet, but here is some of what I hear has been proposed. Residents of LeClaire free. Nonresidents of LeClaire $75/year. Daily usage fee $10. Each fishing tournement organization $200/year regardless of number of tournaments. The next City Council meeting that this will be discussed at is Monday, March 24th at 7:00pm.
