    I am just now back to work after almost 3 weeks of vacation. I did fish a few times, just on our local pools. Both the LMB and SMB are beginning their fall shad binge and the bite has been on. I am guessing that when the River stabilizes and cleans up a bit more we are all going to have a really good time. I also heard of a 5lb 7oz Smallie coming from pool 16 within the past week. It is so nice to have smallies down here now!

    what’s pool 16 temp at now? 57 or so?

    57 – 59, can find warmer in still backwaters.
