WOW, what a ruff day of fishing 
We had two boats out and we fished from 6:30-3:00. The result was one keeper for each boat.
I did figure out a pattern but we could only get short fish and lots of them. We were fishing a marina that was loaded with shad. We had nice bass chasing our bait almost to the boat and then they would turn around and swim off. So after three baits with the same results I tied on a sinko and got a fish on the next cast. We did this for about 2 hours and we never got a fish over 13.5″. We had a 13.5″ bass that weighed just over two pounds 
Every fish we landed looked like they had a racketball inside them. I would have thought if we could have found some 18″ fish they would have been over 4 pounds.
This was my first trip to pool 13 in almost two months. I was happy with the numbers of fish but not the sizes. We fished every way possible. My keeper came on a swimjig in the weeds.
