Team Bass & Walleye Fishing Tournament Results
The Fountain City Rod and Gun held its fifth annual Team Bass and Walleye fishing tournament on Saturday August 9th. 2003. A record turn out of 66 teams participated in the event. A total purse of more than $3,435.00 was paid out.
Of the 47 teams competing in the Bass Division, David Dutton and Ryan Dulek teamed up and brought home the first place title by way of a tie breaker. David and Ryan’s eight fish bag limit weighed in at 20.52 lbs. and they took home a check for $1000.00 and 2 plaques.
Results for the remainder of the Bass division are as follows:
2nd Brett Laduke /Bob Lorenz 20.52 lbs. $700
3rd Darrell Loos / Andy Loos 20.28 lbs. $400
4th T.J. Fonfara / Keith Guenther 19.94 lbs. $200
5th Gary Waldera / Neal Wozney 19.74 lbs $110
Big bass honors went to David Dutton and Ryan Dulek with a weight of 4.58 lbs. and a check for $470. This fish broke the tie for first place giving them the win.
The team of Bruce Husser and Scott Gahnz finished first in the Walleye Division. Of the 19 boats, Bruce and Scott brought in a six fish bag limit with a weight of 19.50 lbs. and took home a check for $450.00 and 2 plaques.

2nd Brad Kaczorowski / John Beeman 18.49 lbs. $250
3rd Troy Patterson / Cheryl Jasek 17.84lbs. $150
4th Lowell Stueve / Ed Jerowski 17.51lbs. $100
5th Dave Davison / Scott Davison 16.42 lbs. $75
Big walleye honors went to Lowell Stueve and Ed Jerowski with a weight of 7.61 lbs. and a check for $190.
