No Tom, you can not give them all your hot smallie spots. However, maybe you should give them to me so I can make sure they are not cheating.
July 9, 2007 at 10:39 pm #588398There goes Blue, calling is own spots
Doesn’t he know what this can lead tooJuly 9, 2007 at 10:57 pm #588411Todd this is cory is there going to be a meeting before or will we find out who we are fishing with when we go?
July 10, 2007 at 3:06 am #588478Cory, we arn’t having a meeting. And Todd, I promise you we won’t cheat.
July 10, 2007 at 3:11 am #588483Cory I was wondering the same thing. There are some people that should get the chance to be with a new boater this time perhaps. I enjoy being with new people each outting, and it makes me feel like things are a little more fair I guess.

I wonder what the fish are doing out on the lake right now
Biting!
July 10, 2007 at 11:50 pm #588869Wow, Rumor has it a couple of our Junior anglers have been fishing the off limits area after it was announced off limits. I hope this is not true since disqualification might make the difference in going to State based on lost points. I will know later when I get confirmation from my little birdie. Unless someone wants to fess up

Does this answer your question? Even in junior tournaments there is apparently cheating, this is not to mention a member who blows off the no cull rule
July 11, 2007 at 1:48 am #588912hahahahahahahah, todd we are just messin with ya. I havn’t been on the lake yet this year. I don’t know about cade though
July 11, 2007 at 3:19 am #588951LMAO funny how some guys say one thing in a certain post, and completely contradict themselves in another post. HA that’s hilarious.
Tony and I had indeed planned to fish the lake on Tuesday (today) and I had to go to my Grandma’s house. (we talked about this on Sunday night)
So we planned to go on Wednesday instead but our plans were quickly demolished by off limits even though we had no idea that the tourney was going to be held on the lake. So guess what, we are fishing on pool 8 tomorrow. didn’t know I had to clarify it with anyoneAnd Nick, I would watch yourself before you start making accusations of cheating. That’s a pretty big statement. Remember where it got you last time

Welcome to the REAL WORLD, Tony!
July 26, 2007 at 2:42 am #594058I think it’s safe to say that most struggled to find keepers on the lake. I myself caught only 2 keepers. We just hit it like we were prefishing..I found an area that looked like what I would fish on pool 8 and we sat there most of the day. We caught a lot of fish thanks to the shad in the area holding them there, but no good ones. 1st place weight was 3 largemouth for around 6-1/2 lbs caught by Michael bowman. Tony Hundt found some smallies on the channel and weighed in 3 for something like 4.35? I had 2 fish for 3.60 I believe it was and took 3rd. Carson had 4th with a 2.75 largemouth which secured the big bass of the tournament. A few others reported catching no legal fish or few. I don’t remember the exact weights, but everyone seemed to still have a good time. The pizza afterwards was great, again the adults that helped out outdid themselves!
