Anyone ever fish Lake Holcombe?

    We go up there several times a year. Just wondering if anyone knows anything about the bass fishing there that I don’t…especially smallies. Thanx.

    That sounds like a good question for the gang over at FTL,

    I have heard very good things about that Lake but I think it gets high traffic. I was there once with my family growing up but I remember the fishing was off that weekend.

    hmm. Lets see I would have been 2 30 years ago so I wasnt there then. I was in high school which would have been about 15 years ago. I remember we left after one night there because the fishing wasnt that great, so we went to Winni are usual vacation lake.

    It gets mostly musky and walleye guys. During the week, it ain’t too bad.
